The enterprise platforms are powerful but punishing — expensive, complex, built for operations with IT departments. The budget tools are affordable but hollow — thin on capability, weak on support, with "AI" bolted onto software older than the smartphone.
Neither was built for the independent agency as it actually works. So some of the best agencies in the country run on tools that fight them every step of the day — and pay for the privilege. We think that's the wrong trade-off. We're building the alternative.
